For all Priestfield special events - Dress Code: Smart Casual. No sportswear or trainers permitted. Smart jeans are permitted for cabaret events.
For private parties please check with the event organiser for the required dress code.
As licensed premises, all guests attending cabaret evenings must be aged 18 years and over. For non-cabaret dinner shows, please contact us for more information.
For private parties, age restrictions are not set however Priestfield strictly adheres to the licencing regulations and Challenge 25 policy.
Doors to the Great Hall (through the canopy entrance) are open from 7:15pm. At the Cabaret reception desk our staff will take your tickets and show your party to your table.
Yes you can pay a £10 per person non-refundable and non-transferable deposit to hold your booking. We would then require the total balance of your booking no later than two weeks before the event date.
Dinner is served from 8pm until 9pm. Vegetarian meals are available when making your booking. Please advise us of any specific medical dietary requirements in advance.
Priestfield has a free, spacious car park for 90 cars directly opposite the main canopy entrance to the Great Hall. This is based on a first come first served basis and spaces cannot be booked. We have limited spaces reserved for disabled guests and we ask you to pre-book these in advance. Please note that on match days the car park is only available from 6:30pm.
The Priestfield staff will take your bar/wine orders and drinks are payable as they are served. Unfortunately we do not have bar accounts unless previously arranged prior to the event.
If you are having a private party, please speak to the sales co-ordinator managing your booking if you would like to set up account bars or pre-paid bars.
We accept all major credit cards apart from American Express.
Yes. The cloakroom is siuated in the foyer and on receipt of your coat a ticket will be given, which will be required when you collect your coat at the end of the evening. We request that overcoats are placed in the cloakroom.
Not sure what to expect from our cabaret shows? Here's a brief run-down on what to expect. Enter through the canopy entrance to the Great Hall from 7:15pm where our piano bar will welcome you for drinks and a chance to catch up with friends before the evening starts. Your meal will be served at your tables at 8.00pm until 9.00pm. Our live entertainment commences at 9.20pm and our disco goes through until late into the night. Please note exact times may vary according to the programme.
We have wheelchair access at Priestfield and passenger lifts are available, allowing easy access for wheelchair users along with disabled toliet facilities.
