Just as winning football matches is a matter of good team work, the same applies to the success of Priestfield's conference and banqueting activities.
This depends to a great extent on the efforts of many people in various departments. These include our experienced events team, who endeavour to make every booking – from a ten-person seminar to a 550-guest celebration dinner - a memorable one; the highly-skilled chefs displaying their culinary skills; the small army of waiters and waitresses serving our clients; and the commercial team, who promote our venue throughout Kent and beyond.
A few of the key members of staff are featured here, but they are the first to admit that their efforts need the support and commitment of so many more.

Key Responsibilities
To be the first friendly voice you hear when you call Priestfield or Gillingham Football Club. To offer outstanding customer service and to help our customers make the right choice in terms of advertising and hospitality for when we have match day as well as creating and selling events within the conference facilities. Providing our existing customers with a great experience and to find new customers to come and experience what Priestfield has to offer.
Background
I have previously worked as a Customer Services Manager. My main responsibilities were to deal with all main aspects of the customer service department including complaints, parking charge notice appeals, maintenance faults, taking payments, administration, keeping customer records updated etc. I also had to provide support for the Operations Managers and Clients for revenue reporting, KPI’s and all aspects of running customer contracts.
